Refresh your home (and your life)!

It’s January, it’s a new year, and it’s the perfect time to refresh your home and your life! There won’t be any better opportunity, and there has never been a more perfect time to say; seize the day!

It doesn’t have to be expensive to refresh your home, and it doesn’t need to be time consuming or tricky. I’ve gathered a bunch of items that I think would help refresh almost any home, and I would do almost anything to have these gems at home! Continue reading

Compact living in the Swedish archipelago

The Swedish archipelago may very well be one of the most beautiful places on earth. It’s quiet, relaxing and it’s nature at its very best! I love the sea, and I also love the nature in general, so the archipelago is a favourite for sure. With this in mind, it may not come as a surprise that I fell entirely for this beautiful place when I found it over at Blocket Bostad. All photos belong to the company Alexander White, who handles this prospect, and I can assure you that I’d pack my bags and move in to this wonderful place right away, if it wasn’t for the fact that it wouldn’t be possible to squeeze in my entire family (well, and the tiny detail that it’s quite expensive…). New goodies at Pottery Barn

I don’t think there’s any webshop that I visit more often than Pottery Barn. I love it, love it, love it! End of summer

My blogging has been lousy the last few weeks, and even though I’m not proud of it, it’s actually quite understandable. My kids have enjoyed their last weeks of the summer break, and I wanted to focus as much as possible on my family during the last part of summer. The little one (OK, not so little anymore) started school today, so from now on, I will have more time for the blog. Continue reading

Sunny days and work

The last few weeks have been hectic, and that’s pretty much an understatement to be honest. I’ve been working on plenty of projects at the same time (which is rarely a good idea) and to make it even more tricky, I’ve been visiting my parents for a week. It was a great week, a gorgeous one to be honest, but it’s so tempting to just relax in the wonderful surroundings when I get there, which makes a heavy workload even harder to handle.
