New goodies at Pottery Barn

I don’t think there’s any webshop that I visit more often than Pottery Barn. I love it, love it, love it! It’s like a love story that never ends, because they always stock their shop with new treasures to keep me hooked! This was the case last time I checked as well, and I can honestly say that I’m looking forward to fall this year, since my home will become a much cozier place this year thanks to all new items in the shop!

Fall is coming and it’s coming fast. It’s easy to tell when you walk out through the door in the morning, since there is never as fresh air as in the early fall. It feels like you’ve entered a country of freshness, a place where everything is untouched and natural. I love that feeling, even though the rest of the fall can be a bit dark from time to time.

A home to die for

Imagine if you could mix and match, and build a dream home with rooms taken from various homes. Wouldn’t that be absolutely awesome? I definitely think it would, and even if it’s not exactly possible in real life, it sure is possible here on the blog, and that’s exactly what I’m going to do today.

I love to look at available houses and apartments and the fun thing is that you never know what you’ll find out there. I can tell you one thing for sure; the preferences you thought you have are not always the most important. The intuition and the “feeling” is a lot more important, and the apartment you love the most, is far from always the one that is most suitable for you.

Greatly – A new idea to try

I’ve been interested (no, more like addicted to…) home decor for as long as I can remember, and being able to gather all my favorite items in one shop has always been a dream of mine. Thanks to Greatly, I’ve now been able to do just that, and it makes me really happy!

A cozy place in Stockholm

Some places are just amazing. Almost too good to be true. You know, that kind of place where you want to move in, just after seeing a few photos. The place above and below is one of that kind. The apartment is situated in Stockholm, in a street called Tegnérgatan. I love the spacious feeling, the vivid colors and the fact that the neighborhood looks so very charming and cozy. The balcony looks absolutely fantastic, much thanks to the colors, but also due to the fact that it’s large and full of flowers. I think flowers can make a whole lot of difference, don’t you agree?

A touch of summer

Summer… It’s amazing how just one word can make so many of us so very happy. Unfortunately we haven’t seen too much of summer 2014 here so far, but I guess there’s still hope, because today it was actually warm enough to have dinner outside in the sun. Guess I don’t have to say that I enjoyed it a lot!
